FLAN DE TURRÓN

Si queréis aprovechar los excedentes de las fiestas, o no podéis resistir a la tentación del turrón durante el resto del año, os proponemos una receta para el postre

Ingredientes

280g turrón blando
480g nata 35% mg
5 huevos grandes
5 cucharadas de azúcar
5 cucharadas de azúcar (para el caramelo)

Elaboración

Deshacemos el turrón con ayuda de un tenedor. Batimos los huevos junto con el azúcar, incorporamos el turrón que tendremos reservado y con la batidora trituramos bien hasta que no queden trocitos de turrón y esté bien mezclada la masa.

Precalentamos el horno a 180º, calor arriba y abajo. Vamos preparando el caramelo: en un cazo pequeñito incorporamos 5 cucharadas de azúcar y derretimos a fuego fuerte. Cuando empiece a tomar color, bajamos un poco el fuego. Vamos moviendo el cazo hasta que el azúcar coja color dorado.

Vertemos el caramelo liquido en los moldes de flan y terminamos de rellenar con la mezcla del flan que tenemos reservada.

Llenamos de agua una bandeja grande con 3 dedos de agua e incorporamos las flaneras dentro, horneamos aproximadamente 25 minutos. Comprobad que están listos metiendo un palo de brocheta: si sale limpio, ya lo tenéis.

Una vez estén listos, retiramos los flanes del horno y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente. A continuación los llevamos a la nevera y dejamos enfriar durante toda la noche.
